Using Herbs to Increase Your Milk Supply

If you are having problems with milk supply, before you begin taking herbs check your diet - are you consuming adaquate protein and B vitamins? You should also increase your fluid intake. Despite your beliefs about herbal remedies, the most effective way to increase milk production is to breastfeed more frequently.
