Tettchan thinks his belly button is silly, which leads to a story about how he grew in his mother's tummy and was born. Descriptive and maybe too graphic for some in terms of nudity. Shows baby being breastfed and explains that "Now you sucked milk from your mother's breasts and grew bigger"
